Flight Demonstration of Power-Over-Fiber Drone for Airborne Base Stations
2018 23rd Opto-Electronics and Communications Conference (OECC), 2018This paper presents a power-over-fiber drone for airborne base stations. We successfully achieve flight demonstration of an entry-type drone powered by 20-W power-over-fiber feed, for the first time.
