High-power microfocus X-ray installation
2018 7th Mediterranean Conference on Embedded Computing (MECO), 2018An X-ray installation was developed, the heart of which is a high-power microfocus X-ray tube. In addition to the tube, the installation includes a high-voltage power supply, an X-ray detector, a sample positioning system, components control sofware and image processing software. The testing of installation have been produced.
