Bio‐Inspired Artificial Ionic Mechanoreceptor

A skin‐inspired artificial mechanoreceptor based on ionic interactions is presented for biomimetic tactile sensing. Pressure‐driven ionic redistribution within microfluidic channels generates a self‐powered electrical signal without external bias. Oxygen‐Vacancy‐Regulated Crystallization and Ferroelectric Phase Stabilization in Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 Thin Films

Temperature‐resolved in situ grazing‐incidence wide‐angle X‐ray scattering reveals that oxygen vacancies actively regulate crystallization in Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 thin films. By decoupling macroscopic strain from intrinsic phase evolution, a vacancy‐lean environment significantly lowers the activation energy barrier for crystallization.

Tracking Battery Microstructural Degradation Through Directional Thermal Transport Signatures

In lithium‐ion batteries, heat conduction varies between the through‐plane and in‐plane directions because of the cell's layered structure. Therefore, cell degradation influences thermal conductivity in each direction uniquely due to detailed microstructural and compositional changes.

High‐Speed Photoresponse of CVD‐Grown Lateral TMD Heterostructures
