Distributed PI-control with applications to power systems frequency control [PDF]
This paper considers a distributed PI-controller for networked dynamical systems. Sufficient conditions for when the controller is able to stabilize a general linear system and eliminate static control errors are presented. The proposed controller is applied to frequency control of power transmission systems.

Distributed power flow controller
This paper presents the simulation results of Distributed Power Flow Controller model designed in MATLAB/SIMULINK. A simple two bus system is considered for simulation. Power flow between the two buses is obtained by providing a phase difference between the buses. DPFC consists of one shunt converter and six single phase series converters.

Control of Distributed Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems [PDF]
In the last years, the use of distributed uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems has been growing into the market, becoming an alternative to large conventional UPS systems. In addition, with the increasing interest in renewable energy integration and distributed generation, distributed UPS systems can be a suitable solution for storage energy in ...

Distributed Control of the Power Supply-Demand Balance [PDF]
This paper aims to achieve a balance of power in a group of prosumers, based on a price mechanism, i.e., to steer the difference between the total production and consumption of power to zero. We first set the information network topology such that the prosumers exchange price (power) information with their neighbors according to a chosen information ...
