A Varactor Based Frequency-Tunable Power Divider With Unequal Power Dividing Ratio

An unequal power divider with tunable operating frequency is proposed for the first time, in which the operating frequency can be tuned over 100% around the center frequency. The theoretical analysis for the characteristic impedance and the electrical length are presented.
