Design and Optimization of Broadband Directional Couplers and Power Dividers Using SIW Technology
This paper introduces a streamlined design that includes a broadband directional coupler, a set of three-port union-T power dividers, and several microstrip transitions. These components leverage substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) technology, operating

Fabrication and Characterization of Directional Couplers as Power Dividers
This paper is about directional coupler fabrication results in a slab structure with a substrate in the form of acrylic glass, a film of nano SnO 2 , and cladding in the form of methyl methacrylate (MMA). The length of the interaction area (Lc) directional coupler of the fabrication result is 5 mm with a gap width (g) of 0.353 mm.

Comparison of the broadband performance of in-phase power dividers and 0/180 directional couplers [PDF]
A comparison of the broadband performance of four different microwave 0°/180° directional couplers and two in-phase power divider/combiner networks is presented. The analysis of the six networks is presented, and is followed by their performance characteristic in terms of S-parameters.

Experimental Implementation and Analysis of Microwave Power Dividers and Directional Couplers
In radio technology, directional couplers and power dividers play a vital role. These devices have well-established theories; however, their performance is not studied under diverse input voltages (and frequencies). This article analyzes the aforementioned devices via extensive laboratory hardware experiments under various input voltages and frequency ...

Power divider based on vertical elliptical directional couplers with increased isolation and bandwidth [PDF]
In this study, a novel high‐isolation wideband divider based on multi‐layer elliptical defected ground structure coupler is presented along with its analytical theory and design procedure. The proposed divider could be conveniently applied for high‐ power applications with less loss for the absence of isolation resistors.
