Low power memristor circuit with electronically Tunable

AEU - International Journal of Electronics and Communications
This paper introduces a charge-controlled memristor emulator (MRE) circuit based on CMOS technology, utilizing the second-generation Current Controlled Current Conveyor (CCCII) as the active element. The proposed MRE circuit is designed as a grounded configuration, incorporating a resistor and a capacitor as passive elements.

Simulation of switched-mode power electronic circuits

International Conference on Simulation (1998), 1998
In this paper, a circuit simulation package (PSPICE) and an equation-solving package (SIMULINK) are used to simulate-switched mode power electronic circuits. The performance of both packages are evaluated. It has been found that SIMULINK is much faster than PSPICE when simulating power-electronic circuits. Furthermore, mixed-mode simulation is employed

A Simulation package for power electronic circuits

2021
> ABSTRACT The modern trend in circuit simulation is towards schematic capture to avail the user from the tedious tasks of circuit entry. The schematic capture allows the user to construct graphically the circuit schematic on the screen. The software itself, then builds up the netlist information from the screen.

Concurrent simulation of decoupled power electronic circuits

2011
This paper describes the parallel simulation of a multi-stage power electronic circuit using the transmission line modelling (TLM) method. In this approach, a large stiff circuit can be decoupled into smaller sub-circuits by TLM links. Each sub-circuit is then formulated with a small system matrix and simulated in one program module.
