Multiple-criteria decision-making of distribution system planning considering distributed generation

open access: yes, 2012
This paper investigates multi-criteria decision-making of power distribution system planning with different types of distributed generations. Uncertainties of the distributed generations make it difficult to determine the exact numerical values of the ...

Forced oscillation source location in power systems using system dissipating energy

open access: yesIET Smart Grid, 2019
A dissipating energy-based technique is proposed to locate the source of forced oscillations (FOs) in power systems. The network and load information is incorporated into the developed algorithm and continuously updated using supervisory control and data

Model selection and mechanism design for electricity markets in hydropower‐rich regions: Adaptation study

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, 2023
The development of foreign electricity markets has been relatively complete, while China's electricity market started late and the design of the market mechanism needs to be improved, so the selection of a suitable market model and the design of the ...

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

A Multi-Attention Gated Fusion and Physics-Informed Model for Steam Turbine Regulating-Stage Fault Detection

open access: yesEnergies
The increasing proportion of renewable energy leads to frequent changes in turbine load, making the regulating stage more prone to degradation. Traditional anomaly detection methods lack sufficient sensitivity and generalization.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
