We propose a generalized frequency division multiple access (GFDMA) scheme which realizes a low PAPR characteristic compared with OFDMA, maintaining the sufficient capability of the frequency scheduling. GFDMA transmits the data with one or more frequency resources which can be divided into several pieces in the frequency domain.
