Complementary Logic Driven by Dielectrophoretic Assembly of 2D Semiconductors
Scalable, parallel fabrication of complementary logic gates is demonstrated using electric‐field‐driven deterministic assembly of electrochemically exfoliated 2D n‐type MoS2 and p‐type WSe2 nanosheets. This strategy yields MoS2 and WSe2 transistors featuring average mobilities of 4.3 and 3.0 cm2 V−1 s−1, respectively, and on/off ratios of > 104 ...

Plasma issues associated with the use of electrodynamic tethers [PDF]
The use of an electrodynamic tether to generate power or thrust on the space station raises important plasma issues associted with the current flow. In addition to the issue of current closure through the space station, high power tethers (equal to or ...

The fundamental intricate couplings between electrolyte wetting and fracture evolution are investigated in large single‐crystal V2O5 samples using both experimental techniques and simulations. Both approaches reveal consistent fracture patterns and lithium distribution concentration maps influenced by the wetting mechanism.

Local Thermal Conductivity Patterning in Rotating Lattice Crystals of Anisotropic Sb2S3
Microscale control of thermal conductivity in Sb2S3 is demonstrated via laser‐induced rotating lattice crystals. Thermal conductivity imaging reveals marked thermal transport anisotropy, with the c axis featuring amorphous‐like transport, whereas in‐plane directions (a, b) exhibit 3.5x and 1.7x larger thermal conductivity.
