Instant Writing of Conductive Interface on MOF Single Crystal by Ultrafast Laser

Current device fabrication strategies lack capacity for tailoring ideal electrical interface in individual MOF single crystals. An ultrafast laser approach is developed that in situ constructs stable conductive interface on MOF single crystal scale while maintaining its crystalline integrity.

VOx‐Based Non‐Volatile Radio‐Frequency Switches for Reconfigurable Filter

Vanadium oxide‐based memristor devices achieve high performance for next‐generation non‐volatile memory and RF switches. These devices demonstrate a cutoff frequency of ≈4.5 THz, low insertion loss (<0.46 dB), and high isolation (>20 dB) from 0.1 to 20 GHz with stable operation extended to 67 GHz.

Large Area High‐Performance Thin Film Solid Oxide Fuel Cell with Nanoscale Anode Functional Layer by Scalable Reactive Sputtering

The high‐power density (1.33 W cm−2 at 650 °C) thin film solid oxide fuel cells (TF‐SOFCs) with nanoscale anode functional layer (n‐AFL) by high‐speed (>2 µm h−1) reactive magnetron sputtering process is successfully demonstrated. The large‐area (16 cm2) TF‐SOFCs with n‐AFL exhibited a power output of 19.36 W at 650 °C, which is the highest performance
