The Power of Systemizing in Autism

Child Psychiatry & Human Development, 2020
Identifying autism in clinical practice is complex because the causes of autism are still unclear and the features of autism are highly diverse. The Empathizing-Systemizing theory is successful in interpreting the core features of autism, both social and non-social, compared to other current theories of autism.

Equivalent power for a wind power system

2016 IEEE 11th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI), 2016
This paper presents two links between wind turbine (WT) functional quantities. The first connection is the dependence of the mechanical angular velocity (MAV), corresponding to maximum power point (MPP), labeled as ωOPTIM from the maximum MAV, labeled as ωMAX, at no load operation.

Power-system monitoring

Microprocessors, 1977
Abstract A simple and inexpensive method of monitoring the steadystate behaviour of power systems is presented. The method assumes that the voltage and current waveforms are sinusoidal and measures the peak values and the phase angle. An efficient analogue-to-digital subroutine developed in the course of this work is described.

Power System Transients

Transactions of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1925
The steady state load limits of a power network may be examined by familiar methods of analysis. However, the instability of a system with one or more elements working close to these limits sets lower values of power at which the system can be expected to give satisfactory operation under the sudden changes in load or connections which it must ...

Power Systems - How Power Works in Different Systems

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2017
Three major power systems are described: The ‘inclusive' totalitarian system, the ‘non-inclusive' bureaucratic system, and the ‘exclusive' plan targeting system. The totalitarian system is aiming at controlling the whole population of a social system and based on resource exploitation.
