Detection of Arc in the Transmission Power Lines
Automatic one-and three-phase re-closing power lines, after short circuit shutdown, is a very effective way to improve the reliability of power delivery. Re-closing while the fault is not cleared can be dangerous for some electrical appliances. To prevent re-closing of a short circuit a method allowing stable arc detection has developed.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

PFPD_MCA: A Multiconductor Power Flow
In this paper, the multiconductor extension of the previously developed three-phase power flow algorithm (named PFPD_3P) is presented. This multiconductor formulation has a general validity for both distribution and transmission networks.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.
