PENGARUH PENGUNAAN PASIR POZZOLAN SEBAGAI SUBSTITUSI AGREGAT HALUS TERHADAP KUAT TARIK BELAH, KUAT TARIK LENTUR DAN KUAT GESER MURNI BETON MUTU TINGGI [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016

Stone‐Cutting Dust as a Sustainable Supplementary Cementitious Material: A Comprehensive Review of Its Physicochemical and Mechanical Effects

open access: yesJournal of Chemistry, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) remains the most common binder used in construction and accounts for nearly 7%‐8% of the world’s CO2 emissions due to calcination of limestone and high energy use during clinker production. Reducing OPC content using SCMs is one of the major strategies to achieve sustainable construction.

The workability, mechanical, and electrical properties of steel fiber‐reinforced SCC incorporating ultra‐fine copper slag as fine aggregate

open access: yesStructural Concrete, Volume 26, Issue 6, Page 7571-7590, December 2025.
Abstract Ultra‐fine copper slag (CS), a byproduct of the copper industry, is al waste material that is produced in large volumes annually, and its disposal and management are a major environmental concern. Therefore, the utilization of CS in various sectors, especially in the production of construction and building materials, offers enormous potential ...

Transformation of a Silicate Material for Carbon Negative Magnesia‐Based Cement via Electrochemistry

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 42, November 13, 2025.
The transformation of a magnesium trisilicate material via water electrolysis into precursor phases necessary for magnesium‐based M‐S‐H cement is explored. The dissolution of the material mediated electrochemically is monitored, and the analysis of the resulting phases indicate their suitability as effective precursors for M‐S‐H cement.

Thermally treated granite slurry waste as a mitigating agent for sisal fiber mineralization in fiber‐cement composites

open access: yesInternational Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology, Volume 22, Issue 5, September/October 2025.
Abstract This study explores the use of thermally treated granite slurry waste to mitigate the mineralization of sisal fibers in fiber‐cement composites. Granite waste was thermally treated at 600°C and 900°C, and the treated materials were analyzed using X‐ray fluorescence (XRF), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermogravimetric ...
