Synthesis of Electric Conductive Poly(2,5-Pyrrolylene Vinylene) (PPRV)
Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals Science and Technology. Section A. Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals, 1994Abstract Poly(2,5-pyrrolylenevinylene)(PPRV) was obtained from the monomer, 2, 5-bis(methylenedimethylsulfoniumchloride) pyrrole, which was prepared from 2,5-dimethylpyrrole by the modified sulfonium polyelectrolyte precursor route. The polymerization conditions for the preparation of precursor polymers were examined.

Molecular epidemiological update of Peste des Petits Ruminants virus (PPRV) in Ethiopia
Veterinary Microbiology, 2019Peste des Petits ruminants (PPR) is a devastating disease of small ruminants with high morbidity and mortality rates among susceptible animals. The disease is endemic in much of Africa, the Middle East and Asia and constitutes one of the major hurdles to the improvement of small-ruminant production in these countries. The causal agent of PPR, the Small

New Concepts of Proportional Pressure Reducing Valves (PPRVs) for Mobile Hydraulics
SAE Technical Paper Series, 1998<div class="htmlview paragraph">In mobile hydraulics pilot valves control pumps, motors and main stages. An influencing factor regarding the use of these valves is compact dimensions, which are realised in combining solenoids with the control pressure stage. Applied electrical power together with the corresponding pressure level will be explained

Dual infection of 26 fetal and neonatal small ruminants with border disease virus (BDV) and peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) is reported. The animals included five aborted lamb fetuses, 19 neonatal lambs and two neonatal kids from flocks in regions of the Black Sea and the Aegean region.

Reverse genetics for peste-des-petits-ruminants virus (PPRV): Promoter and protein specificities
Virus Research, 2007Peste-des-petits-ruminants virus (PPRV) (family Paramyxoviridae, genus Morbillivirus) causes an acute febrile illness in sheep and goats resulting in significant morbidity and mortality in infected herds. The paramyxoviruses all have negative sense, non-segmented RNA genomes and their host range and pathogenic determinants have been extensively studied

Peste des petits ruminant (PPR), a highly contagious viral disease of small ruminants, is characterized by erosive stomatitis and pneumo-enteritis. However, its neurovirulence potential as observed with other morbilliviruses has not been fully investigated.

[Recombinant goat pox virus expressing PPRV H protein].
Sheng wu gong cheng xue bao = Chinese journal of biotechnology, 2010The purpose of the study is to construct recombinant goat pox virus (GPV) expressing Peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) H protein, and to evaluate the immunization effect. Recombinant GPV containing PPRV H gene (rGPV-PPRV-H) was selected and purified by gpt and eGFP utilizing plaque purification, and the final selected recombinant GPV was proved ...

Full genome sequence of a peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) from Ghana
Virus Genes, 2014The full genome of a peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) isolated from a sheep lung sample collected in Ghana, Western Africa, in 2010, has been sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the virus clustered within the lineage II clade while comparison of its full genome with those of other PPRV strains revealed the highest identity (96.6 %)
