Super‐Resolution Ultrasound Based Cell Tracking With Polymeric Nanobubbles

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a super‐resolution ultrasound platform for tracking cells in vivo. Biocompatible polymeric nanobubbles are used as highly echogenic intracellular labels. Following the injection of cells and microbubbles, ultrasound localization microscopy (ULM) can dynamically match the microvascular architecture and individual cell trajectories ...

Exploring the mismatch between the theory and application of photosynthetic quotients in aquatic ecosystems

open access: yesLimnology and Oceanography Letters, 2023
Estimates of primary productivity in aquatic ecosystems are commonly based on variation in O2, rather than CO2. The photosynthetic quotient (PQ) is used to convert primary production estimates from units of O2 to C.

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

Cerebral Blood Flow Measurement Using fMRI and PET: A Cross-Validation Study

open access: yesInternational Journal of Biomedical Imaging, 2008
An important aspect of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is the study of brain hemodynamics, and MR arterial spin labeling (ASL) perfusion imaging has gained wide acceptance as a robust and noninvasive technique.

The Concept of pq-Functions.pdf

open access: yes, 2019
In this article we study the concept of pq-functions which should be regarded as an extension of prior work relating to pq-radial functions. Here, our main aim is to generalize this concept to the field of complex numbers.
