Caste criminalisation in South India and permanent migration to Fiji, 1903–1927

In the early 20th century, British officials in south India designated multiple castes as inherently criminal under the Criminal Tribes Act (CTA). The Nasal Microbiome and Associations With Environmental Exposures and Respiratory Health

This study evaluates the association of the nasal microbiome with air pollutants, meteorological conditions, and respiratory health in adolescents. Bacterial diversity is positively associated with hay fever and short‐term NO2 exposure, and negatively with temperature.
