Synthesis of Ce and Pr-promoted Ni and Co catalysts from hydrotalcite type precursors by reconstruction method

International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, 2012
Abstract Catalysts were prepared from hydrotalcite type precursors using Ni, Co, and Ni–Co systems as active phases. Additionally Ce or Pr was incorporated as a promoter. The precursors were synthesized by the conventional co-precipitation method and the incorporation of Ce or Pr was carried out by reconstruction of the hydrotalcites in the presence ...

Clinical significance of Stratifin, ERα and PR promoter methylation in tumor and serum DNA in Indian breast cancer patients

Clinical Biochemistry, 2010
The objective of this study was to determine the concordance of promoter methylation of stratifin, ERalpha and PR in tumor and circulating DNA in breast cancer patients and their association with clinicopathological parameters and disease prognosis.Methylation specific PCR were carried out to investigate the promoter methylation status of stratifin ...

Sequence of the PR promoter of phage lambda.

Nature, 1975
The RNA polymerase binding site from the lambda PR promoter was isolated and sequenced. This DNA fragment contains the transcription initiation site and shares 25 nucleotides with OR. The sequence preceding the initiation site suggests that the promoter recognition site is not identical with the tight binding and initiation site.

pHG276: A multiple cloning site pBR322 copy number vector expressing a functional lacα peptide from the bacteriophage lambda PR promoter

Plasmid, 1986
The bacteriophage lambda early promoter PR has been used to direct the synthesis of lac alpha in a plasmid containing the multiple cloning site of pUC8. The copy number of the plasmid is controlled by the rop(rom) gene and the plasmid incorporates the cI857 gene for temperature regulation of lac alpha expression.

Growth of λ variants with added or altered promoters in N-limiting bacterial mutants: Evidence that an N recognition site lies in the PR promoter

Virology, 1976
Transcription of the A genome, initiating at the early rightward promoter (Ps), traverses the cII-O-P operon and extends through the Q gene. In the absence of the A N function, this transcription is prematurely terminated at either of two termination sites, ts, and tR2. The cII-O-P operon lies distal to ts,, but proximal to tRz.
