Datum maintenance of the main Egyptian geodetic control networks by utilizing Precise Point Positioning “PPP” technique [PDF]

open access: yesNRIAG Journal of Astronomy and Geophysics, 2016
Abstract A geodetic control network is the wire-frame or the skeleton on which continuous and consistent mapping, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and surveys are based. Traditionally, geodetic control points are established as permanent physical monuments placed in the ground and precisely marked, located, and documented.

LRRC4 Deficiency Drives Premature Ovarian Insufficiency by Disrupting Metabolic Homeostasis in Granulosa Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
LRRC4 deficiency disrupts the metabolic homeostasis of mitochondrial aerobic respiration and glycolysis during GC differentiation by inhibiting the ubiquitination‐mediated degradation of YAP, which ultimately leads to POI. These findings reveal the novel molecular etiology of POI and provide a promising target for prevention and treatment.

Correlations in Magnetic Sub‐Domains as an Unconventional Phase Diagram for van der Waals Ferromagnets

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An unconventional magnetic order is observed in exfoliated CrBr3 layers, characterized by vertically correlated planar magnetic sub‐domains. Magnetic force microscopy, ab initio calculations, and micromagnetic simulations indicate that these sub‐domains arise from stacking faults modifying interlayer exchange coupling.

Suspended Tissue Open Microfluidic Patterning (STOMP)

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Suspended Tissue Open Microfluidic Patterning (STOMP) is a method that enables precise spatial patterning within a single suspended tissue. By leveraging capillary pinning and open microfluidics, STOMP facilitates the creation of complex tissue interfaces such as diseased‐healthy boundaries and tissue‐tissue junctions. This method integrates mechanical

A-PPP: Array-Aided Precise Point Positioning With Global Navigation Satellite Systems

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 2012
In this paper, the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) precise point positioning (PPP) concept is generalized to array-aided PPP (A-PPP). A-PPP is a measurement concept that uses GNSS data, from multiple antennas in an array of known geometry, to realize improved GNSS parameter estimation (position, attitude, time and atmospheric delays).

Occupational Exposure Patterns to Disinfectants and Cleaning Products and Its Association With Asthma Among French Healthcare Workers

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Industrial Medicine, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Disinfectants and cleaning products (DCPs) are important asthma risk factors among healthcare workers. However, healthcare work involves heterogenous cleaning tasks and co‐exposure to many chemicals. These multidimensional aspects have rarely been considered.
