Adaptronic Precision Positioning Technology

The adaptronic precision positioning technology is applied to the fitting of rotation-symmetric components such as gearwheels in a hard turning process in order to compensate eccentricity. Distorted gearwheels, showing e.g. a significant quench distortion, cause a malposition in the chuck during clamping.
