FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Fertility & Reproduction, 2023 Women with PCOS are at an increased risk of infertility and a range of pregnancy complications. It is therefore important to understand how to optimise preconception care to reduce these risks. A reproductive life plan and age-appropriate education on optimising reproductive health is recommended in adolescents and women with PCOS.
