Hunting‐mediated predator facilitation and superadditive mortality in a European ungulate
Predator‐prey theory predicts that in the presence of multiple types of predators using a common prey, predator facilitation may result as a consequence of contrasting prey defense mechanisms, where reducing the risk from one predator increases the risk ...

Impact of disease on a two-patch eco-epidemic model in presence of prey dispersal
The present model is dealt with prey-predator interactions in two different patches where only prey species are allowed to disperse among the patches.

Recent Advances in Collective Behaviors of Micro/Nanomotor Swarms
This review describes the driving forces behind collective motion, explores the self‐organization of micro/nano swarms across zero‐dimensional (0D), one‐dimensional (1D), two‐dimensional (2D), and three‐dimensional (3D) spaces, and highlights their potential in drug delivery, environmental monitoring, and smart devices.

Impact of fear in a prey-predator system with herd behaviour
Fear of predation plays an important role in the growth of a prey species in a prey-predator system. In this work, a two-species model is formulated where the prey species move in a herd to protect themselves and so it acts as a defense strategy.

Helper and ionizable lipids play a crucial role in determining ApoE binding and subsequent liver tropism and LDLR‐mediated uptake. Ionizable lipids primarily govern the LDLR‐independent uptake pathway. This complementary interplay between lipid components ultimately governs LNP delivery performance and therapeutic efficacy in the liver.

Spectroscopic ellipsometry in the Kretschmann‐Raether configuration (KRSE) is employed to characterize a DNA‐functionalized platform for viral sequence recognition. By merging SE with surface plasmon resonance, KRSE outperforms conventional SE, achieving nanomolar targeting through resonance wavelength shifts (δλ) measurements. Its enhanced interfacial

Model Predator Dan Prey Dengan Model Susceptible - Infected – Susceptible [PDF]
A predator-prey model with infected prey is an interaction between a predator and a prey population with infected prey. This model is a result of the predator-prey model with logistic growth in the prey population which is combined with Susceptible ...

Using two‐photon polymerization of SU‐8 together with mold processing allowed the creation of defect‐free, flexible 3D microfluidic structures with sub‐micrometer precision in CYTOP. The fabricated CYTOP microfluidic chips enabled super‐resolution imaging of cancer cells in the microchannels, clearly visualizing previously undetectable fine structural ...

Mathematical Modeling of Infectious Disease and Prey-Predator Interaction with Optimal Control
In this paper, the impact of viral illnesses on the predator-prey relationship with an optimal control analysis is studied. An ecoepidemiological model of four compartments, namely, susceptible prey, susceptible predator, infected prey, and infected ...
