The predictive value of early‐pregnancy mean platelet volume for preeclampsia: A meta‐analysis
Elevated mean platelet volume (MPV) in early pregnancy reflects increased platelet activation due to hormonal, immune, and endothelial changes. This meta‐analysis shows that higher MPV predicts a greater risk of preeclampsia, particularly its severe and early‐onset forms.
