2021Preeklampsi (PE) gebeliklerin yaklaşık % 4-5’inde görülen, hipertansiyon ve üriner proteinüri ile seyreden obstetrik bir hastalıktır. Maternal ve fetal komplikasyonlara neden olabilmektedir. PE alanında çok sayıda yapılan araştırmalara rağmen altta yatan patogenez hala belirsizdir.

Jurnal Kesehatan Siliwangi, 2021Studi literatur ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya AKI pada tahun 2015 sebesar 303 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup yang disebabkan oleh perdarahan 30%, preeklampsi 27,1%, infeksi 7,3%. Puskesmas Lampake Samarinda diperoleh 26 kasus preeklampsi dari 329 ibu hamil selama tahun 2016.
