Study on the composite fracture characteristics of filling and reinforcing cracked rock mass after high temperature damage

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
Cement infill shares compressive and shear stresses during loading, while interfacial friction hinders crack propagation and reduces stress concentration, improving the rock's load‐bearing capacity. Failure modes vary with crack inclination. Unfilled specimens show four modes.

Shock wave propagation characteristics of aluminum‐containing explosive in corrugated steel‐lined tunnel

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
Aluminum‐enhanced afterburning renders AE explosives more hazardous than conventional ones. Corrugated steel linings reduce far‐field AE blast overpressure by ~50% through wave reflection and dissipation. The developed model accurately predicts peak pressure (<10% error) and arrival time (<3% error), supporting protective design.

Multi‐Dimensional Conductive Nanocomposites for Flexible Electronics

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Multi‐dimensional conductive nanocomposites integrate 0D, 1D, and 2D nanomaterials through spatial structure regulation and interface engineering, achieving “1 + 1 > 2” synergistic effects. By leveraging 0D filling to reduce contact resistance, 1D bridging to construct continuous conductive paths, and 2D supporting to enhance mechanical stability ...

Synergy Engineering of d‐Band Center and Multi‐Phase Interface Charge Transport in Ternary Co3O4/Pt/Bi2MoO6 Hierarchical Heterojunction Arrays for Superior VOCs Sensing

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
A novel ternary Co3O4/Pt/Bi2MoO6 hierarchical heterojunction array is designed, which exhibits an impressive gas sensing activity towards volatile organic compounds (VOCs), triethylamine. The design of ternary Co3O4/Pt/Bi2MoO6 hierarchical heterojunction not only optimizes the d‐band center and thus gas molecule adsorption activity on gas–solid ...

Three‐Dimensional Analytical Model of a Free‐Standing Square Rocking Column

open access: yesEarthquake Engineering &Structural Dynamics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT A three‐dimensional analytical two‐degree‐of‐freedom (2DOF) model is developed to describe the bounded rocking response of free‐standing rigid square columns subjected to bidirectional seismic excitation. The formulation extends Housner's classical planar theory by deriving the full three‐dimensional equations of motion for a column ...
