Advanced Science, EarlyView.Chromatin loops are central to gene regulation and 3D genome organization. Leveraging Nanopore sequencing's ability to jointly capture DNA sequence and methylation, we present NanoLoop, the first framework for genome‐wide chromatin loop prediction using Nanopore data.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.The results showed that the reduction of plasma 24‐hydroxycholesterol (24‐OHC) was related to the cognitive decline in elderly surgical patients. Neuroinflammation induced by anesthesia and surgery significantly downregulated SREBP2 in hippocampal reactive astrocytes, resulting in reduced cholesterol synthesis.
