Gynecologic Oncology, 1986An unusual case of pregnancy complicated by intraabdominal sarcoma is presented; tumor reductive surgery was required late in the second trimester so that a gestational age of fetal viability could be reached. Fetal outcome was successful. The mother died shortly after delivery.
