Hypothyroidism Complicating Pregnancy

In 2 women hypothyroidism was diagnosed during pregnancy; others were diagnosed before pregnancy and continued to receive thyroxine replacement therapy throughout pregnancy.

Gigantomastia Complicating Pregnancy
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1987We report an unusual case of gigantomastia in a pregnant woman that began several months prior to her fifth pregnancy and progressed so rapidly that it required an urgent reduction mammaplasty. Her evaluation revealed no endocrine abnormality or serum factor responsible for this condition. The etiology of this rare condition remains unknown.
