Brain tumor simulating pregnancy

Abstract Tumors pressing on the hypothalamus may cause amenorrhea and hypersomnolence. That they may also result in a positive Friedman test for pregnancy is shown by the case reported here. Further investigation of the Friedman test in such tumors may be of interest.
