Autonomous Self‐Evolving Research on Biomedical Data: The DREAM Paradigm

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
DREAM is a fully autonomous, self‐evolving biomedical research system capable of independently formulating scientific questions, performing analyses, and making new discoveries without human intervention. Validated in biomedical studies, DREAM significantly outperforms human scientists in research efficiency, accelerating scientific discovery and ...

Pyruvate Carboxylase in Macrophages Aggravates Atherosclerosis by Regulating Metabolism Reprogramming to Promote Inflammatory Responses Through the Hypoxia‐Inducible Factor‐1 Signaling Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates the role of macrophage pyruvate carboxylase (PC) in atherosclerosis (AS) demonstrating that PC upregulation in macrophages promotes metabolism reprogramming to enhance inflammatory responses via the HIF‐1 signaling pathway.

Semaphorin 3E‐Plexin‐D1 Pathway Downstream of the Luteinizing Hormone Surge Regulates Ovulation, Granulosa Cell Luteinization, and Ovarian Angiogenesis in Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Semaphorin 3E (Sema3E)‐Plexin‐D1 pathway mediated by C/EBPα and C/EBPβ downstream of the luteinizing hormone (LH) surge plays important roles in the mouse preovulatory ovary. Timely activation and suppression of this pathway during the preovulatory stage are crucial for ovulation, corpus luteum formation, and proper angiogenesis.

Wearable Hyperspectral Photoplethysmography Allows Continuous Monitoring of Exercise‐Induced Hypertension

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A wearable hyperspectral photoplethysmography (HS‐PPG) is reported for continuous blood pressure (BP) monitoring. The HS‐PPG module integrates an ultrathin double‐folded solid immersion grating microspectrometer (DFSIG‐µSPEC), achieving a high spectral resolution of 3.4 nm.
