This study has gathered data across Ireland to determine the range of radiation doses received during interventional cardiology (IC) investigations. Radiation doses for three common types of IC examinations where investigated: coronary angiography (CA), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and pacemaker insertions (PPI).
