Restoration of m6A‐Modified circPSMB1 Suppresses Chordoma Progression and Enables Local Nanotherapeutic Intervention

An m6A‐modified circRNA, circPSMB1, is identified as a tumor suppressor in chordoma. METTL3‐dependent m6A promotes circPSMB1 interaction with HNRNPA2B1, limiting c‐MYC expression and malignant progression. An injectable HMnO2‐based nanohydrogel enables local circPSMB1 delivery and tumor microenvironment‐responsive therapy, offering a promising strategy

Strong Metal‐Support Interaction Driven Janus Reconstruction in PtRu Alloys for Low‐Temperature Hydrogen Storage

Strong metal‐support interactions (SMSI) drive the spontaneous segregation of RuPt alloy into Janus nanoparticles on CeO2, spatially partitioning Pt‐rich domains for H2 dissociation and Ru‐rich domains for toluene adsorption. AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

Controlled Lattice Distortion and Lattice‐Strain‐Engineered CoCuIr Alloy toward Preferential Chlorine Tolerant Direct Seawater Electrolysis

A lattice‐strain‐engineered Co0.28Cu0.67Ir0.05 trimetallic alloy nanoparticle electrocatalyst is rationally designed for efficient alkaline seawater electrolysis. Larger Ir atoms in the CoCu lattice modulate the local coordination environment, generating compressive lattice strain and highly active catalytic sites.
