Optimizing the Follow‐Up Interval After Successful Cold Knife Conization of CIN3: A 10‐Year Retrospective Cohort Study

This retrospective cohort study followed up women who underwent CKC and had negative margins on conization for up to 10 years. The risk of residual or recurrent HSIL+ was higher in patients with HPV persistence for 12 months compared with HPV positive at 6 months after CKC.

Effect of adipose tissue deposition on insulin resistance in middle‐aged and elderly women: Based on QCT and MRI mDIXON‐Quant

Insulin resistance was correlated with varying degrees of adipose tissue deposition at different organs, moderately positively correlated with H‐PDFF, weakly positively correlated with VFM and P‐PDFF, and not correlated with SFM and L‐PDFF. VFM and H‐PDFF were the risk factors of insulin resistance, and H‐PDFF was the independent risk factor.
