Maternal age was an independent predictor of miscarriage, and first‐trimester NLR and SII provided significant incremental predictive value. Because these indices are routinely derived from standard CBC testing without additional cost, they may serve as practical adjuncts to clinical risk factors for early miscarriage risk stratification.

Klippel‐Trénaunay‐Weber Syndrome: Prenatal Diagnosis and Review of the Literature
This meta‐analysis demonstrates the high diagnostic accuracy of SZ‐CEUS for differentiating between malignant and benign focal liver lesions, as well as for HCC from non‐HCC lesions. The study shows better performance for smaller lesions and those with a higher proportion of malignancy.

First‐Trimester Crown‐Rump Length and Large for Gestational Age Newborns: What Correlation?
Our research found for the first time that uneventful pregnancies with LGA neonates are characterized by larger than expected CRL at the first trimester. CRL is one of the new markers that can be used to early identify fetuses at risk of increased fetal growth.

The Predictive Accuracy of Prenatal Ultrasound for Macrosomia—A Retrospective Cohort Study
Third‐trimester fetal weight estimation has limited predictive accuracy for neonatal macrosomia (low sensitivity and PPV) but may influence clinical decisions as it is strongly associated with labor induction. Prenatal macrosomia diagnosis should therefore be cautiously interpreted. ABSTRACT Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of third‐

In 80 singleton pregnancies at term, handheld point‐of‐care ultrasound (POCUS) was compared with conventional ultrasound for fetal Doppler assessment. Umbilical artery PI, middle cerebral artery PI, and cerebroplacental ratio showed agreement between devices. Between‐device variability was comparable to intra‐observer repeatability, supporting handheld

Early enteral nutrition and neurodevelopment in very low birth weight preterm infants
Abstract Objective Very low birth weight (VLBW) preterm infants are at increased risk of neurodevelopmental impairment. Although human milk may promote brain development, the association between type of feeding at discharge and neurodevelopmental outcomes remains uncertain.
