Annals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.Short‐term and long‐term results of patients underwent conbined pancreatectomy was investigated in 64 patients with gastric cancer. R1 resection and postoperative intraabdominal infectious complications were identified as independent prognostic factors.
