ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Estimation of Present Serviceability Index from International Roughness Index

Transportation Research Record, 1999
An analysis is described that was undertaken with the objective of developing realistic models for estimating present serviceability index (PSI) as a function of international roughness index (IRI) for asphalt and concrete pavements. These models were developed by first analyzing the correlation between slope variance and PSI values obtained in the ...

Developing Spectrum-Based Models for International Roughness Index and Present Serviceability Index

Journal of Transportation Engineering, 2001
This paper presents a theoretical model for determining international roughness index (IRI) and present serviceability index (PSI) in term of power spectral density (PSD) roughness. Frequency response functions of quarter-car model and CHOLE-type profilometer are obtained by means of stochastic process theory.
