Regio‐Selective Electrocatalysis in Single‐Wall Carbon Nanotubes: Platinum Inside for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction/Hydrogen Oxidation Reaction and Ruthenium Outside for Oxygen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
A Pt‐in/Ru‐out single‐wall carbon nanotube architecture spatially separates HER/HOR and OER active sites, enabling high HER/HOR currents at low overpotential, durable OER activity, and strong resistance to Fe3+ poisoning, offering a promising bifunctional platform for unitized regenerative fuel cells.

Balancing Impartiality and Advocacy: Observations, Lessons, and Suggestions From a Practicing Ombuds

open access: yesConflict Resolution Quarterly, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Universities increasingly rely on ombuds offices as informal, impartial mechanisms for addressing conflict and strengthening institutional trust. Yet the ombuds role is frequently shaped by tension among impartiality, advocacy, and legal accountability. This paper examines the evolution of the Office of the Ombuds at the University of Maryland,
