JKKP (Jurnal Kesejahteraan Keluarga dan Pendidikan), 2018 This study aims to find out if there’s a positive relationship between welfare and the work performance. The hypothesis research test by Product Moment correlation to get the correlation coefficient and to determine the conclusions used Student-t formula. The results obtained that correlation coefficient is 0.08 with the t-test 6.67.
