Phosphine CN‐Palladacycles 3a‐e were synthesized, characterized, and evaluated in the alkoxycarbonylation of styrene. The scope of the catalytic system was assessed using styrene derivatives and various alcohols, affording the corresponding esters with excellent yields and high regioselectivity.
