Chiral Metal Halide Perovskites for Spin‐Polarized Light‐Emitting Diodes

Chiral metal–halide perovskites offer a route to circularly polarized light without external polarizers. This Perspective compares two spin‐light emitting diode concepts: intrinsically chiral emissive layers and chiral spin‐filter interlayers that inject spin‐polarized carriers into efficient achiral emitters.

Humid‐Air Condensation Heat Transfer on Hierarchical Structured Superhydrophobic Graphite Composites

Humid‐air condensation on graphite composites shows that making a surface superhydrophobic is not sufficient to enhance heat transfer. A hierarchical CuO/lauric‐acid coating yields spherical droplets but promotes Wenzel‐type pinning and adds effective thermal resistance under operation.

NIR‐Activated Ag2S Quantum Dots for Efficient Broad‐Spectrum Antibacterial and Biofilm Disruption

This study presents a novel non‐antibiotic strategy leveraging NIR‐activated Ag2S QDs for synergistic PTT/PDT. The platform degrades the protective extracellular matrix via localized hyperthermia, facilitating deep penetration and ROS‐induced oxidative damage.
