Injectable Platelet‐Rich Fibrin (PRF): The newest biomaterial and its use in various dermatological conditions in our practice: A case series

Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2020
Injectable platelet‐rich fibrin (I‐PRF) is a second generation, fully autologous, blood‐derived biomaterial having three‐dimensional fibrin meshwork, like that of a PRF clot, while retaining the fluid nature, just like platelet‐rich plasma (PRP).

In vivo evaluation of the biocompatibility and biodegradation of a new denatured plasma membrane combined with liquid PRF (Alb-PRF)

Platelets, 2020
Guided bone regeneration (GBR) is a process that involves the regeneration of bone defects through the application of occlusive membranes that mechanically exclude the population of non-osteogenic cells from the surrounding soft tissue.

On the Query Complexity of Constructing PRFs from Non-adaptive PRFs

2020
This paper studies constructions of pseudorandom functions (PRFs) from non-adaptive PRFs (naPRFs), i.e., PRFs which are secure only against distinguishers issuing all of their queries at once.

Spatio-temporal pRFs

2019
Population receptive field (pRF) modelling project. We used wedge-shaped stimuli to map the visual cortex (V1, V2, V3, V3A, V4) in healthy adults. We used mapping sequences of different duration and different spatio-temporal properties (ordered, predictable, random) to address the impact of sequence order and stimulus predictability in pRF properties.

Medium PRF Operation

1998
In this chapter, we will take a closer look at medium PRF operation. We will see what must be done to separate targets from clutter and how the signal processing is performed. We will then take up the problems of rejecting ground moving targets, eliminating blind zones, minimizing sidelobe clutter, and rejecting sidelobe return from those targets on ...

100hz PRF carm experiment

18th International Conference on Infrared and Millimeter Waves, 1993
Details are presented of the Strathclyde University Cyclotron Autoresonance Maser (CARM) experiment. Thespecification and device characteristics will be reported for CARM oscillation in the 12-20 GHz band. In contrastto previously reported CARM devices1'2, pulse repetition frequencies (PRF) greater than 100 Hz have beenemployed.

Low PRF Operation

1998
At low PRF, mainlobe clutter may largely be eliminated by offsetting the Doppler spectrum so the central line is at dc and passing the return through a clutter canceller and bank of Doppler filters. To keep the clutter in the canceller's rejection notches, the 'offset' must be varied with radar speed and antenna look angle.

High PRF Operation

1998
Detection range, of course, increases with the ratio of the signal energy to the energy of the background noise and clutter. By employing a high duty factor, high PRF waveform, therefore, long detection ranges can be obtained against nose-aspect targets even in a clutter environment.

Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden (PRF)

2012
