EFFECT OF RETURN ON ASSETS AND DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO ON PRICE TO BOOK VALUE
This study aims to measure how much Retrun On Asset (ROA) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) effect Price To Book Value (PBV) in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. This Study Uses a quantitative approach using secondary data in teh form of the company’s annual financial statements.
