本研究では,社会的アイデンティティ形成の相互作用モデルに基づいて,集団アイデンティティを個人レベルと集団レベルに分けてとらえるとともに,集団アイデンティティを成員性と誇りの二側面でとらえた。そして,成員性,誇り,成員性の集団内平均が集団内における迷惑行為の迷惑度認知に及ぼす影響を検討した。HLMによる分析の結果は以下に示すとおりであった。1)規範などによって抑制可能である集団活動に影響を及ぼす迷惑行為については,成員性の強い成員ほど迷惑度を高く認知した。2)集団内の人間関係に影響を及ぼす迷惑行為については,成員性の集団内平均が高い集団では,誇りの個人差に起因する迷惑度認知の差はみられなかった。3)成員性の集団内平均が低い集団では,誇りの高い成員ほど迷惑度を高く認知していた。

SSR4, a TRAP component induced in B cells, governs BAFFR N‐glycosylation via DDOST to sustain NF‐κB signaling, B‐cell differentiation, and TLS maturation. Its loss impairs anti‐tumor immunity, while overexpression improves antibody glycosylation and ADCC, revealing a critical regulator for cancer immunotherapy.

MiR‐940 Suppresses Ferroptosis by Controlling Expression of Key Regulatory Genes
A CRISPR‐based screening identified miR‐940 as a critical suppressor of ferroptosis in cancer. By coordinating the downregulation of pro‐ferroptotic genes with the upregulation of GPX4, miR‐940 establishes a regulatory network that protects against ferroptosis and correlates with poor clinical outcomes in distinct cancer entities.
