Characterization of Human Group 9 Innate Lymphoid Cells in Response to Allergen Immunotherapy in Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Overall, ILC9 proportions in AR patients show differences compared to healthy subjects and responder SCIT patients. IL‐9 expression decreases after siRNA inhibition of Bach2 suggesting Bach2 could display as a transcription factor of ILC9.
