This study is the first to identify a novel neutrophil subpopulation, N4, that is closely associated with the progression of cervical cancer. Characterized by high PLAU expression and specific interactions with tumor cells, N4 neutrophils were shown to promote tumor growth and immune modulation.

Using integrated spatial pathomics and transcriptomics, we show that neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) induces substantial tumor microenvironment remodeling that is not captured by tumor regression grading (TRG) alone.

Modeling Prim's Algorithm for Tourism sites in India
Nowadays, so many people travel from one place to another, so our model suggests the best path to visit all sites covering less distance. This model mainly aims at the tour agencies to find the most suitable traveling paths using prims algorithm and is ...

Power system reconfiguration based on Prim's algorithm
The distribution network can undergo outages, during which the supply of power is either partially or completely isolated from distribution network to the load centres. To achieve minimum deficit of power supply, proper switching of power lines is required.

Optimization of Distributed SPARQL Queries Using Edmonds' Algorithm and Prim's Algorithm
Here we describe the application of two well knowngraph algorithms, Edmonds' algorithm and Prim'salgorithm, to the problem of optimizing distributedSPARQL queries. In the context of this paper, a“distributed SPARQL query” is a SPARQL querywhich is resolved by contacting any number of remoteSPARQL endpoints. Two optimization approaches aredescribed.

Effective bug triage with Prim's algorithm for feature selection
For constructing any software application or item it is essential to identify the bug in the item while building up the product. At every stage of testing the bug report is created, more of the time is wasted for settling the bug. In settling the bug, software enterprises waste 45 percent of cost.

Tree Based EM-Prim's Algorithm For Energy Efficient Networking
Network and networking equipment's are one of the biggest contributors to the consumption of energy. To reduce energy consumption in networks, many techniques and algorithms have been developed over the years. But most of the algorithms require complicated computation thus requiring more time and energy. Here, we concentrated on the problem of reducing
