Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.A DIA‐MS‐based proteomics analysis of serum samples from GB patients and healthy controls showed that high levels of IL1R2 and low levels of CRTAC1 and HRG in serum are associated with poor survival outcomes for GB patients. These circulating proteins could serve as biomarkers for the prediction of outcome in patients with GB.

Journal of Symbolic Computation, 1993 AbstractIn this paper I present an algorithm for computing the primary decomposition of a submodule of a free module of a polynomial ring in two variables over a field k. Based on Lazard's (1985) algorithm for primary decomposition of ideals in two variables over a field, this algorithm is more explicit than those known for more general cases.
