Well‐being on supportive techniques in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: from neurologists' perspective
Abstract Objective To investigate intercultural neurologists' perception of well‐being in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) using gastrostomy (PEG), non‐invasive, and/or invasive ventilation (NIV/IV) and to analyse the determinants and impact on the management of the above medical interventions (MIs).

The tumor microenvironment is a dynamic, multifaceted complex system of interdependent cellular, biochemical, and biophysical components. Three‐dimensional in vitro models of the tumor microenvironment enable a better understanding of these interactions and their impact on cancer progression and therapeutic resistance.

A transient inflammatory response contributes to oxaliplatin neurotoxicity in mice
Abstract Objectives Peripheral neuropathy is a relevant dose‐limiting adverse event that can affect up to 90% of oncologic patients with colorectal cancer receiving oxaliplatin treatment. The severity of neurotoxicity often leads to dose reduction or even premature cessation of chemotherapy.

Quasi-primary fields and associativity of chiral algebras
As a step towards writing down associativity conditions for a general extended conformal algebra, we consider Jacobi's identity for a set of quasi-primary fields. In particular, we show that the identity for the subalgebra of operators which generate symmetries of the vacuum can be written in terms of Racah coefficients for su(2).

SLC7A11 frequently migrates faster in SDS‐PAGE. The present study found that the high hydrophobicity of SLC7A11 causes its anomalous migration in SDS‐PAGE with a low concentration of acrylamide gel. Replacing isoleucine with asparagine reduced hydrophobicity and restored its normal migration at 55 kDa, revealing the role of hydrophobicity and gel ...
