Association between thyroid dysfunction and cognitive impairment in type 2 diabetes mellitus: A cross‐sectional study

Hypothyroidism is an independent risk factor for cognitive impairment in T2DM patients, with a progressive risk increase associated with higher TSH levels. These findings underscore the importance of integrating thyroid function evaluation into the cognitive assessment and management strategy for this patient population.

Benefit of immune checkpoint inhibitors as adjuvant treatment for acral melanomas

When questioning the effectiveness of adjuvant immunotherapy for acral melanomas, we found no clinical benefit to the adjuvant proposal, despite the maintenance of adverse effects. Dental Implants in Adults With Intellectual Disabilities: A Multicenter Retrospective Study. Part 1: Implant Outcomes

This multicenter retrospective study evaluated implant survival and peri‐implant health in adults with non‐syndromic intellectual disability. Among 453 implants with long‐term follow‐up, survival exceeded 92%, with tissue‐level implants and cement‐retained restorations associated with healthier peri‐implant conditions.
