On Anti Fuzzy Primary Ideals of an $(m, n)$-Near Ring

open access: yesTransactions on Fuzzy Sets and Systems
In this paper, we investigate anti-fuzzy primary ideals in the setting of $(m,n)$-near rings. We study their basic properties and present several characterizations that describe their algebraic structure.

Soft intersection almost bi-quasi-interior ideals of semigroups [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Fuzzy Extension and Applications
Generalizing the ideals of an algebraic structure has shown to be both exciting and valuable to mathematicians. In this context, the concept of Bi-Quasi-Interior Ideal (BQI-ideal) was proposed as a generalization of interior ideal, quasi-ideal, bi-ideal,

Primary decomposition of ideals [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
In this work we will develop a study in the area of Commutative Algebra, which essentially deals with the results related to commutative rings with unity.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Generalizations of 1-absorbing primary ideals of commutative rings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
Let R be a commutative ring with identity. In this paper, we extend the concept of 1-absorbing primary ideals to the concept of ֆ-1-absorbing primary ideals. Let ֆ: S(R) → S(R) ∪ {∅} be a function, where S(R) is the set of all ideals of R. A proper ideal

Identifying gene expression signatures for risk stratification of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in colorectal cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...

Multiplicities and Volumes of Filtrations

open access: yesMathematics
In this article, we survey some aspects of the theory of multiplicities of mR-primary ideals in a local ring (R,mR) and the extension of this theory to multiplicities of graded families of mR-primary ideals.

On Characteristic Poset and Stanley Decomposition

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica, 2014
Let J ⊂ I be two monomial ideals such that I/J is Cohen Macaulay. By associating a finite posets PI/Jg$P_{I/J}^g$ to I/J, we show that if I/J is a Stanley ideal then I/J˜$\widetilde{I/J}$ is also a Stanley ideal, where I/J˜$\widetilde{I/J}$ is the ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.
