Invariable generation with elements of coprime prime-power orders
A finite group $G$ is coprimely-invariably generated if there exists a set of generators $\{g_1, \ldots, g_d\}$ of $G$ with the property that the orders $|g_1|, \ldots, |g_d|$ are pairwise coprime and that for all $x_1, \ldots, x_d \in G$ the set $\{g_1^{x_1}, \ldots, g_d^{x_d}\}$ generates $G$. In the particular case when $|g_1|, \ldots, |g_d|$ can be

Recognition of the Simple Groups 2D8((2n)2)
One of the important problems in finite groups theory is group characterization by specific property. Properties, such as element orders, set of elements with the same order, the largest element order, etc.

In this paper, assuming that N is a near-ring and P is an ideal of N, the P-center of N, the P-center of an element in N, the P-identities of N are defined. Their properties and relations are investigated.

A Secure Architecture for Modular Division over a Prime Field against Fault Injection Attacks
Fault injection attacks pose a serious threat to many cryptographic devices. The security of most cryptographic devices hinges on a key block called modular division (MD) over a prime field.

High capacity heat pipe performance demonstration [PDF]
A high capacity heat pipe which will operate in one-g and in zero-g is investigated. An artery configuration which is self-priming in one-g was emphasized.

Constellations in prime elements of number fields
Given any number field, we prove that there exist arbitrarily shaped constellations consisting of pairwise non-associate prime elements of the ring of integers. This result extends the celebrated Green-Tao theorem on arithmetic progressions of rational primes and Tao's theorem on constellations of Gaussian primes.

An Efficient DOA Estimation Method for Co-Prime Linear Arrays
Direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation with a co-prime linear array, composed of two uniform linear arrays with inter-element spacing larger than half-wavelength of incoming signals, has been investigated a lot thanks to its high-resolution performance ...

On the infinitude of prime elements
Summary: Let \(R\) be an infinite unique factorization domain with at most finitely many units. We discuss the infinitude of prime elements in \(R\) when \(R\) is arbitrary and when \(R\) satisfies the following property: if \(f\) and \(g\) are polynomials with coefficients in \(R\) such that \(f(r)\) divides \(g(r)\) for all \(r \in R\) with \(f(r ...

non-divisibility for abelian groups
Introduction In Throughout all groups are abelian. Suppose that G is a group and n is a positive integer. For a ∈ G, if we consider the solution of the equation nx = a in G, two subsets of G are proposed.
